The successful candidate will design and simulate analog integrated circuit in transistor level. Will be responsible for schematic entry, circuit simulation, and layout supervision. Experience with following analog circuitry: PLL, DAC, OP-AMP, TIA. Must have solid understanding of device physics of MOS, BJT and Laser Diode. This position is in China.
